Recyclable materials include: clean & folded aluminum foil, milk jugs, glass bottles, plastic containers 1-7 classification, newspapers, grocery bags, cardboard.

Green Waste / Tan
Yard trimmings, grass clippings, weeds, hedge trimmings, leaves, and sawdust.
NO PALM FRONDS, YUCCA, CACTI, SUCCULENTS, DIRT, SAND, ROCKS, OR TREE TRIMMINGS LARGER THAN 4” DIAMETER OR 4” IN LENGTH
Trash / Green
What does not go into Recyclables or Green Waste, goes in here. Food waste & packaging, cigarette butts, foam, diapers, bathroom waste, pet waste, palm fronds, cacti, succulents, yucca leaves, all other solid waste material.
NO ELECTRONIC, HAZARDOUS, AUTOMOTIVE PARTS, UNIVERSAL WASTE (BATTERIES, PESTICIDES, MERCURY CONTAINING EQUIPMENT, LIGHT BULBS)
Each resident has 3 carts:
Recycle, Green Waste, & Trash waste
Carts need to be:
– out before 7 AM on the day of collection.
– 1 ft away from other carts.
– 3 ft away from curb side and any vehicle.
– put away by sunset.

Scavenging is Theft
Scavenging is theft of recyclable materials which is a misdemeanor punishable by law. Theft of materials from the carts increases the cost of recycling collection and cost to you.
